Today (25 March 2012) I downloaded and ran the keyboard library and samples and proceeded to test it...Using a 4x4 keyboard and the CustomKeypad.ino I got no data from row 1 (the TX pin of Arduino Uno)...
Then it looks like my example code above should work (can't test as I need some components)...Hard to believe it's worth writing any library that does not allow multiplexing of data pins, especially when it only requires a little for loop before inputting/outputting data...
When you transfer to the ME are you using the MCAD collaboration feature (IDX) that tracks the changes? Does the system (probably Circuit works mainly) care where the step library for the components lives, or can you point to any location?
EAGLE is electronic design automation (EDA) software that lets printed circuit board (PCB) designers seamlessly connect schematic diagrams, component placement, PCB routing, and comprehensive library content.

examines the various file formats that design engineers come across when working with suppliers and customers who use alternative CAD packages. We look at the restrictions and considerations you need to understand to successfully manage models that have been imported in different formats and your options for exporting for other CAD users to accept. There are a multitude of 3D and 2D standards that a SolidWorks user may wish to import or export. There are over 30 different translators available with every copy of SolidWorks. Some formats can only be imported or exported. Many of the export only formats have reduced accuracy and are designed for rapid prototyping or web pages. 2ff7e9595c
